Who am I and why should you listen to me?
I’m Janelle Johnston, aka JJ. If you’ve met me before, you’ll know I’m a self-development junkie! I’m a Transformational Life Coach, Speaker, Leadership Educator, Trainer and Master NLP Practitioner, Master Deep State Re-Patterning, Master Hypnotherapist, Accredited Extended DISC® Behavioural Profiling Consultant / Trainer, Tony Robbins Graduate, Accredited Cert IV Trainer and Assessor and Landmark Graduate. Over the years I’ve coached thousands of people. I’m constantly aiming to master my craft by learning from the best teachers from around the world.
I’ve studied with the leaders in Personal Development – Dr Demartini, Benjamin Harvey, Anthony Robbins, Taki Moore, Kerwin Rae, Gary Vaynerchuk and Sharon Pearson.
I love to travel, and have nearly 30 years’ experience in the Personal Development space.

Michelle’s business was transformed.
Michelle Bloom was a lot like most businesswomen. She was an expert business coach, yet always struggled to get enough clients
Like most coaches she was petrified of public speaking. She was so frightened she barely had enough courage to talk to people at networking events.

Often we believe that change can take a long time. What about if it didn’t…? I’ll be asking for volunteers from the audience. I’ll then coach you live on stage while the audience watches you transform – you develop incredible public speaking skills in just minutes. You will love this!
“Will I have to present in front of people at the workshop?”
During the workshop you’ll participate in hands-on work for you to put what you learn into action. This is the best way to learn, and you’ll finish the event confident you can stand up and present to anybody.
However if you don’t feel entirely comfortable about this then all is good. The workshop is a completely safe environment where you are nurtured and protected.
And you don’t have to present in front of your group if you don’t want to.
However when you do, you will have the time of your life. We all make mistakes, and we can laugh about them and learn from them. Most participants describe this as the best part of the workshop. And something which almost no other speaking workshop includes.
