When it comes to training and development, JJ really gets it. At the age of 19, JJ started on the shop floor as a sales assistant at Just Jeans. Progressing through the ranks, JJ managed 25 retail stores at the age of 21. JJ then progressed in her career having roles as a National Sales Trainer in FMCG and General Management roles in retail. JJ is a highly sought-after speaker and trainer, who has worked with a diverse mix of industries from retail, FMCG, real estate, travel, government departments, just to name a few.
Not only has JJ worked through the ranks from ground level, she has then had extensive coaching experience with numerous qualifications and has coached thousands of individuals from CEO’s, actors, tv personalities and Gold medal athletes to success. Let’s just say she knows her stuff.
